Great skill tracking and flexibility in managing the system

AG5 really helped us get a clearer overall picture of the skill progress and gaps throughout our teams. Keeping track of minimum training requirements per job role or teams is easily manageable. By using the attachments tool per skill result we also ensure that evidence is uploaded for closed loop / compliance purposes. Changes within the system are easily implemented by the AG5 Support team if you aren’t able to make the changes yourself. It helped solve a lot of manual work in adding and maintaining skills and new/leaving personnel and variances in results in comparison with Excel.

Standardize and scale training across locations with ease

AG5 supports CEVA to have excellent training management for all employees. The software is easy to implement, easy to use and supports the line manager to act proactively on training that expire soon. The customer onboarding and support are driven by very professional employees. In the Benelux we are working with 8.000 employees for CEVA. We have an internal standard to train all operational employees on every core process for our customer. Therefore, we need to have direct insight in the training status of all employees.
